I. Position:  Business Contracts Sales Manager

1. Quantity:  01 person

2. Main job:

Be in charge of seeking customer in High-end Private Market such as Power plants, Industries, Infrastructure except EVN and KOREAN market.

- Creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers.

- Bidding and contract negotiation.

- Getting contract and AR collection.

- Monitoring contracts and moving forward with close-out, extension or renewal of contracts

- Problem-solving contract-related issues.

- Other tasks assigned by Sales Director.

- Work in Sahako's office (4 working days/ week) and in LC HCM sales office (1 working day/ week).

3. Requirement

- Major in Electrical Engineering (Electrical equipment, Power System,…)

- Fluent in English

- At least 10-15 years of Contract Sales with Technical/Product Management experience.

-Well knowledge about power industrial sector

- Wide net working with the Owner/Developer/Design Consultant in power sector such as:  PVN, EPC contractor…

- Good in communication, marketing & customer caring

- Good in making business plan, strategies, market analyse & report

-Eager to making new customer

-Good interpersonal and communication skill; high pressure working

 

II.Position: Technical Promotion Specialist

1. Quantity:  01 person

2. Main job:

- Generate leads

- Promoting MV&LV Switchgears/Components, Transformers, Susol Type-test MDB, Smart Energy solutions to Consultants, Designers, System Integrators and Customers.

- Maintain strong relationships with consultants and design companies to spec in LS products/ solutions.

- Arrange training for customers including technical presentations, demonstrations, education material... and make them familiar to LS products/ solutions.

- Cooperate with PD team to share projects information and secure projects.

- Manage pre-sales activities.

- Build and prepare a Power System based Technical Proposal integrated all kinds of LS products or solution

- Update market intelligence by monitoring the competition and analyzes competitors offer positioning at entity level and develop LS products/ solutions portfolio in Vietnam.

- Prepare and maintain effective and timely reports such as pre-sales project monitoring, weekly report, external/ internal training report, technical comparaison report,…

- Others related assignments from Manager and Biz Director.

3. Requirement

- Major in Electrical Engineering (Electrical equipment, Power System,…)

- Fluent in English

- At least 5-10 years working experience in electrical engineering field, Experience from consulting firms will be preferred.

- Have a good relationship with electrical consultants or design companies.

- Attention to detail, proactive, ability to work in a cooperative and team-oriented environment, good interpersonal skills and result-oriented.

- The ability to learn new technologies quickly.

- Strong ability to analyse and solve problems

- A friendly, positive and customer-driven attitude.

-  Adapt to frequent travel.

- Strong Microsoft office and CAD skills.

-  Knowledge about Power system, advanced system solutions…

 

III.Position: Enhanced Products Sales Specialist

1. Quantity:  01 person

2. Main job:

- Promote and develop 4 Enhanced Products: RMU, C-AIS, M-TR and O-TR in Vietnam.

-  Seeking potential partners to develop 4 Enhanced Products.

- Work as 1st window contact to introduce company, Enhanced Products to customers.

- Prepare for commercial/technical bid offer.

- Contract performance management to achieve contract/ sales target.

- Collaborate with PD teams and partners to develop/ increase business volume, market share.

- Others related assignments from Manager and Biz Director.

3. Requirement

- Major in Electrical Engineering (Electrical equipment, Power System,…)

- Fluent in English

- At least  5-8 experienced years in electrical field with relevant Panel Builders, System Integrators, OEMs and Contractors.

- Must be presentable and able to communicate fluently with M&E Consultants, Contractors and Investors.

- Attention to detail, proactive, ability to work in a cooperative and team-oriented environment, good interpersonal skills and result-oriented.

- Understand market pricing and utilize knowledge to successfully close opportunities.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills, marketing & customer caring.

-Good in making business plan, strategies, market  analyze & report.

- Eager to making new customer.

- Independent working, open-mind, responsible, high pressure working

- Adapt to frequent travel.

 

IV.Position: Smart Energy Solutions Sales Specialist

1. Quantity:  01 person

2. Main job:

- Develop Smart Energy Business of LS in Vietnam

- Seeking potential customers, partners to bring SE solution to Vietnam market.

- Work as 1st window contact to introduce company, SE products to customer.

- Manager all solar/ wind/ RE projects.

- Prepare for commercial/ technical bid offer.

- Contract performance management to achieve contract/ sales target.

- Others related assignments from Manager and Biz Director.

3. Requirement

- Major in Electrical Engineering (Electrical equipment, Power System,…)

- Fluent in English

- Around 5 experienced years in electrical or renewable energy field.

- Have solid knowledge in renewable energy sector.

- Have customer networking & state government offices in energy will be priority.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills, marketing & customer caring.

- Good in making business plan, strategies, market  analyze & report.

- Eager to making new customer.

- Independent working, open-mind, responsible, high pressure working.

- Adapt to frequent travel.

 

V.Benefits
