Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant 1200MW – Binh Thuan, Vietnam

Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant consists of 2 units with a total capacity of 1,200 MW, with an investment of about VND 36,000 billion. This is a coal-fired thermal power plant that uses traditional steam condensing technology, with supercritical steam parameters, burning imported coal.

The plant is connected to the national electricity system through a synchronous 500kV grid, the average electricity output of about 7.2 billion kWh / year, mainly serving the southern load.

Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant was started in March 2014. This is a project invested by EVN.
