3. Workplace: LS ELECTRIC Factory, Nguyen Khe, Dong Anh, Ha Noi

4. Main job:

- Maintain record of goods order and received

- Locate vendors of materials, equipment of supplies and interview them in order to determine product availability and term of sales

- Prepare and process requisition and purchase order for supplies and equipment

- Control purchasing department budgets

- Review purchasing order claim and contracts for conformance to company policy

- Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability

- Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies and procedure

- Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute material

- Make control list materials for the project and control to receive follow production plan

- Ensure that finished products achieve the company’s quality standard and meet the demand of sales forecast about quantity and kind

- Coordinate all manufacturing activities and ensure the highest efficiency of production

 * In charge of issue purchase order for parts from foreign

 * Negotiate and control for delivery on time avoid stop line

 * Cooperate with QC to solve the quality mater and improve suppliers

5. Requirement

- Age: from 28 to 35

- Bachelor in economic, accouting, business administration, law, electric...

 - Having working in experience as purchasing staff in manufacturing companies and understand electrical equipment in an advantage

- Good at English

- Willing to learn and to be train

- Proficiency in Microsoft Officer (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

- Proactive, hardworking and high responsibility person

- Carefully, honest, responsibility
