1. Position:  Sales admin

2. Quantity:  01 person

3. Workplace: LS ELECTRIC VIET NAM LTD, 11st floor, Building 789, 147 Hoang Quoc Viet, Nghia Do, Cau Giay, Ha Noi

4. Main job:

-Assist sales team in documentation work relating to bidding (translation, typing, getting bank guarantee, prepare PQ document…)

-Perform secretary duties, support daily Sales works in maintaining records, cargo express in-out

-Support services to BOD: welcome visitors, arrange air ticket, travelling

-Managing all equipment in the office/control stationeries

-Monthly clearing expense for Ha Noi sales

-Ensure the clean & fresh office; other task assigned by Team leafer

5. Requirement

- Graduate high school/college/ university;  Major in Foreign language (English/Korean), Economic, Business Administration

- Good in communication, computer skill; willing to support team work

- Hard working, responsibility

- Pay attention to detail

6. Benefits

 - Bonus: at least 5 bonuses/year, not include 13th,14th monthly salary if have
