HR GENERALIST 

1. Position:  HR Generalist

2. Quantity:  01 person

3. Workplace: LS ELECTRIC VIET NAM FACTORY, Nguyên Khê, Đông Anh, Hà Nội. Moved to Yên Phong, Bắc Ninh from 03/2022

4. Main job:

1. C&B work (50%)

• Compute monthly payroll, Personal Income Tax, staff allowances and bonus in accordance with company policies 

• Make monthly/periodically internal payroll report/ insurance report

• Handle HR operations and benefits administration

• Support HR Manager to develop and implement C&B Policies, Reward & Recognition Programs, Loyalty Schemes, Health Care

• Conduct, prepare data for salary survey

• Manage staff database, labor contract, overtime database

• Assist HR Managers in annual salary review, performance evaluation, promotion programs, etc.

• Support the HR Manager to prepare annual budget

2. Recruitment (30%).

Prepare and post job advertisements online and in print media.

Screen candidates by performing background checks and verifying their qualifications and experience.

Follow up with candidates during the recruitment process, like short listing callbacks or rejection emails.

• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.

•Handle all administrative tasks for on boarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance

3. Others (20%)

Perform orientations and update records of new staff.

• Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.

• Be in charge of ISO management for HR team.

 5. Requirement

• University graduate in related fields

• At least 2-year experience in C&B role in foreign companies with strong background in C&B

• Deep understanding of labor law, PIT law, Social Insurance Law and other related regulations

• Expert user of MS Office (Word, Excel)

• Experience in working with HR Management system

• Good at communication & customer-oriented

• Good at English both speaking & writing

• Good at numerical reasoning and logical thinking

• Mature, careful and result-oriented

• Able to work well under pressure and to meet target & deadlines
