I Position: HR specialist

II. Quantity: 01 person

III. Workplace: Factory in Nguyen Khe, Dong Anh, Ha Noi/ Move to Yen Phong, Bac Ninh from 07/2022

IV. Main job:
1. C&B work (40%)
- Be in charge of insurance procedure.
- Supervise monthly attendance
- Conduct and analyse monthly/yearly salary/bonus.

2. Recruitment (30%).
- Receive recruitment requests
- Post jobs on internal channels and propose recruitment options to Team leader (TL)
- Screen resumes, 1st interview by phone with candidates
- Arrange interviews and take care of candidates until the recruitment process is completed
- Others

3. Managing evaluation system (20%)
- Assist in the development and develop policies of managing performance and KPIs to ensure that each individual's development plan and career path are aligned with the company's business plan and strategy.
- Update & propose to adjust and change the process and performance evaluation system to suit the company's business development orientation.
- Support to build and develop the competency system for each position.

4. Others (10%)
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Others assigned by Team leader

V - Requirement

- Have at least 3 years experienced in Human resource
- Bachelor degree in Human resource management, Law…
- Good communication skill in both Vietnamese and English
- Analytical and goal oriented
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- Excellent MS OFFICE skill
- Strong Negotiation skill
- Strong time management skill
