1. Position: Project Management Executive/ Sales support

2. Quantity: 01 person

3. Workplace: LS ELECTRIC VIET NAM LTD, Empress Tower, H138-142 Hai Ba Trung, Đakao, district 1, Ho Chi Minh

4. Main job:
- To manage and execute the projects (MV & LV products or services contracts) of PD team.
- To ensure every assigned and transferred projects to comply with Company Policies before validation (M/C rate, profit before tax, terms and conditions relating to delivery time, validity, Inco term, legal, payment term, warranty,...).
- To work with Internal Groups (Planning team, E & M Design team, PJT management team, Estimation part, Finance team and others related to the project) and External Groups (in-house contractors, in-house suppliers) to deliver the scope of products or services (defined in the contract) to the customers.
- Coordinate with Internal and External customer for collecting payment after project done.
- Prepare, collect and manage all docs of project: Contract, OS, OFM, Approved drawing for manufacturing, Letter of confirmation, Packing list, Invoice, FAT, As-built docs (CO, CQ, CW, Test report)…
- To actively improve satisfaction of customer at all stages of project and create the trust of customer on PD team to enhance future business of the company.
- Others related assignments from Manager and Biz Director.

5. Requirement:
- Fluent in English.
- Major in Electrical Engineering (Electrical equipment, Power System…) or Economics.
- Min. 2-3 years of Tender or Project Management in Electrical Companies.
- Have knowledge about power industrial sector.
- Attention to detail, proactive, ability to work in a cooperative and team-oriented environment, good interpersonal skills and result-oriented.
- The ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong ability to analyze and solve problems.
- A friendly, positive and customer-driven attitude.

6. Benefits
