220kV Phu Binh substation – Thai Nguyen, Vietnam

220kV Phu Binh substation (Yen Binh - Thai Nguyen), Northern Power Corporation - EVN NPC, power grid management board (belonging to EVN NPC) and contractor have successfully energized the whole cluster of electricity supply works for Samsung industrial parks and key industrial parks in Thai Nguyen province.

The 220kV Phu Binh TBA project has a total investment of 658 billion VND, with two transformers with a total capacity of 2x250MVA and regional connection lines; 7.4km of 110kV 4-circuit line and transformer station of 110/35 / 22kV Yen Binh 2. This is the first 220kV power grid project of EVN NPC to invest in construction, put it into operation management and construction deployment with a record time of 10 months.
