LS Electric Vietnam is a leading company in manufacturing and designing electric power system equipment for electric industry in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. We are looking for:

 1. Position:  Planning staff

 2. Quantity:  01 person

 3. Workplace: LS ELECTRIC Factory, Nguyên Khê, Đông Anh, Hà Nội

 4. Main job:

- Prepare and submit monthly reports on Cost of Projects, Account Receivables (AR).

- Analyze Project Cost:

+ Review and compare the Offer and Actual expenses to explain the difference between planning and implementing projects.

+ Analyze details material cost of each projects, recommend unexpected waste/lost;

- Manage AR: Gather information, report on AR and cooperate with sales to collect money from customers, especially for over-due ones.

- Review sales contract: Check carefully and briefly report of important terms and conditions of sale contract before getting BOD’s approval

 5. Requirement

- Bachelor in finance, accounting, economic, business administration…

- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets

(Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Have experience at least 3 years

- Good at English or Korean language

- Good adaptability with business data analyze

- Good presentation skill, reporting skill is more preferable

- Good interpersonal and communication skill
